In this short article, we are going to show you how and where to track your orders from Aliexpress. Aliexpress tracking is easy but there are some things you have to keep in mind.
The first thing you need to know is that the cheapest shipping possibilities often don’t have tracking numbers. The only thing you can do there is praying that your package will arrive. It’s often not worth to pay more expensive shipping when you are ordering things for a few dollars. However, it could be a huge mistake to save a few dollars on shipping when you are ordering things for hundreds. So shop smart.
How to track orders
Where do I find if shipping has tracking or not?
Let’s start with the PC version of Aliexpress – it’s simple here. Open any product on Aliexpres and click on the arrow next to the shipping information. Now it’s easy. Every shipping option with a checkmark in the “Tracking” column has tracking.
Let’s switch to the mobile version now. While 2-3 years ago people were shopping mostly on the PC, it’s shifting (as almost everything) to our phones now. So how do you find out if the product has tracking there?
Well, you can’t. For some reason Aliexpress app is not showing this information, so the best thing you can do is to open the product in the PC version of Aliexpress. Hopefully, they will sort out this soon.
Where do I find my tracking number?
The first thing you need to do is to find out your tracking number.
PC version of Aliexpress: Log in and open your orders (you can also click here). Click on “Track order” and now you can find your tracking number on the right side of the site.
Aliexpress mobile app: The process in the mobile version is similar. Open your account, click on the shipped orders, click on the Tracking and you are there.

You have the tracking number now. You will probably notice that you can track your orders through the Aliexpress. Unfortunately, their tracking feature is not so great. The main problem is the lack of tracking in the destination country. So we are going to show you some better tracking options. We are using the same order as an example so you can compare the differences.

This website is probably the most used tool for tracking (not only) Aliexpress orders and it has a good reason. It’s better, nicer and it allows you to track the order in your homeland.
As you can see there are more differences, however the most important one is the latest information. Thanks to this you can find out when the shipment is in your country and you know it will take maximum few days before the package gets delivered to you.
TrackChecker – Mobile App
While 17Track offers their own app, it has some limitations. After like 40 orders you can no longer track them fo free. If you want to track your packages through your mobile phone, we recommend using TrackChecker (Android / iOS). You can simply add your tracking number in the app and that’s all you have to do. The app will send you notification whenever the status of your package change.
